As the President of this fine organization, I’m always on the look out for ways to improve the organization and make it a more cohesive, productive environment for everyone. And, because each of us has valuable and unique abilities, I am anticipating that you may want to be one of the movers and shakers of this organization rather than just having your name on a mailing list.

As such, I extend an invitation to you to become a member of this worthwhile organization. I do recognize that without people like you, our organization’s purpose is just meaningless. As in any organization, it takes dedicated people, like you, to achieve our objective.
